How to Customize
After selecting your preferred plate style and size, please enter your ideas and upload your photo below.
Once your order has been successfully placed, please contact us via email or WhatsApp as soon as possible.
If we do not receive additional contact from you, we will create the initial artwork draft based on your written description and uploaded photos, then send the preview to your email or WhatsApp for confirmation before production begins.
After your approval, we will start the handmade painting and kiln-firing process.
What Should I Include?
You may tell us:
- whether you would like the artwork to be cartoon-style or more realistic/photo-inspired
- what elements you would like to include
- names, dates, quotes, or meaningful text
- preferred atmosphere, colors, or mood
- any special details you want us to emphasize

Can It Be Fully Hand-Painted?
Yes — different plate styles support different levels of hand-painted artwork.
- Scalloped plates support full-surface hand painting and more detailed artistic compositions.
- Classic round plates are recommended for partial artwork and simpler painted areas due to the shape and visual balance of the plate.
