Thank you for choosing our handcrafted ceramics.
Every piece is individually made in Jingdezhen and requires time for handcrafting, kiln firing, inspection, and international delivery. Because of this, our shipping timeline is different from mass-produced products.


Production Time

After your final design has been confirmed, production usually takes up to 15 business days.

If the kiln firing and finishing process goes smoothly, production may be completed in approximately 10 business days.

Please understand that every ceramic piece is handmade and kiln-fired individually. Small variations in production time may occasionally occur due to weather, kiln conditions, holiday schedules, or the handmade nature of ceramics.


Quality Inspection

Once firing is completed, every ceramic piece undergoes a careful visual inspection before shipment.

We check for:

  • surface defects
  • visible cracks
  • printing quality
  • glaze condition
  • packaging safety

This inspection process helps reduce the risk of damage during international transportation and ensures each order meets our handmade quality standards.


Shipping Process

After inspection, your order will be shipped through YunExpress.

Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You may use your tracking number on 17TRACK to view detailed shipping updates and logistics progress.

Please note that tracking information may take several days to update after the package has been scanned and processed by the logistics system.


International Delivery

Our logistics partners are responsible for:

  • domestic transportation within China
  • export processing
  • customs clearance before departure

After your package leaves Chinese customs, it will be transferred to local delivery companies depending on your destination country and regional logistics arrangements.

These carriers may include:

  • DHL
  • USPS
  • Royal Mail
  • Australia Post
  • iMile

as well as other local postal or courier services.

Final delivery carrier selection may vary depending on shipping conditions and destination region.


Estimated Shipping Time

International shipping generally takes approximately 7–15 business days after dispatch.

Actual delivery time may vary depending on:

  • destination country
  • customs processing speed
  • local courier efficiency
  • weather conditions
  • peak holiday seasons

From final design confirmation to successful delivery, the total timeline is usually within approximately one month.

For weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, memorial gifts, or other important occasions, we strongly recommend placing your order in advance.


Tracking Information

If your tracking information has not updated for several days, this is usually caused by:

  • customs processing
  • airline scheduling
  • local courier scanning delays
  • international transit transfers

This is normal for international shipping and does not necessarily indicate that the package is lost.


Shipping Delays

While we always do our best to deliver orders on time, delays caused by customs inspections, weather, public holidays, transportation disruptions, or local courier operations are outside our control.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during international transit.


Damaged Packages

All ceramic products are carefully packaged to help reduce shipping damage risks.

However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery and provide:

  • photos of the damaged product
  • photos of the outer packaging
  • your order number

After verification, we will arrange either a replacement or an appropriate solution depending on the situation.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and email address are correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
