Is each piece truly one of a kind?
Yes. Because every item is handmade and customized individually, no two pieces are exactly the same.
How long does customization take?
After the final design is confirmed, production usually takes around 15 business days. Each ceramic plate is handmade through multiple processes, including wheel throwing, hand painting, glazing, and kiln firing.
As ceramic firing may occasionally fail, some pieces may need to be remade, which is why production requires time. Once completed, we will ship your order as soon as possible.
What is the customization process?
After placing your order, simply send us your photos along with any ideas, themes, or desired effects. We will communicate with our designers and artists to create an initial draft for you. Once the draft is approved, we will begin production.
What themes can I customize?
We accept all kinds of themes. Any meaningful moment in your life can be preserved on a ceramic plate, including but not limited to weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, pets, and more.

Handmade Variations
Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in color, texture, brushwork, or placement may occur.
These small differences are part of the handmade nature of ceramics and make every piece unique.
Are the plates food-safe?
Yes. Our plates use underglaze decoration, which means all artwork is sealed beneath the glaze, making them safe for food contact.
How should I care for the plates?
Although the plates are dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing with a mild detergent and a soft cloth to help preserve their quality and appearance.
Can the plates be used in the oven or microwave?
All ceramic plates are fired at high temperatures. However, we do not recommend using them in ovens or microwaves.

Return Policy
Because every piece is custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges once production has started. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
However, if your item arrives damaged due to international shipping, we will arrange either a replacement or a refund after verification.
Shipping Time
After the design is finalized, handmade production usually takes around 15 business days (and may be completed earlier if everything goes smoothly).
International shipping generally takes 7–15 business days depending on the destination country and local courier arrangements.
Therefore, the total delivery time is usually within one month. We kindly recommend planning your order in advance for important occasions.
International Delivery
Our logistics partners handle domestic transportation and export customs clearance within China. After leaving Chinese customs, parcels are assigned to local last-mile carriers depending on destination country.
These may include but are not limited to USPS, DHL, Royal Mail, Australia Post, iMile, and other regional carriers.
Packaging
All ceramic pieces are carefully packaged to help reduce the risk of damage during international shipping.
Standard gift box packaging is included with all ceramic plates. Plate diameter is approximately 18 cm.
If you require premium or specialized gift packaging, we recommend preparing additional packaging separately.
Order Changes & Cancellation
Orders may only be modified or canceled before production begins.
Once a piece enters the handmade production process, changes can no longer be guaranteed.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
