Thank you for choosing our handcrafted custom ceramics.
Because every piece is personalized and individually handmade, our return and damage policy differs from standard mass-produced products.


Custom-Made Products

All ceramic pieces are created specifically for each customer based on submitted photos, text, and customization requests.

Due to the personalized nature of these products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once production has started.


Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

Once your order has entered the handmade production process, cancellation requests can no longer be guaranteed.


Handmade Characteristics

Please understand that handmade ceramics naturally contain slight variations.

Minor differences in:

  • color
  • glaze texture
  • brush details
  • placement
  • ceramic shape

are considered part of the handmade process and do not qualify as defects.


Shipping Damage

All ceramic products are carefully packaged before shipment to help reduce transportation risks.

However, if your order arrives damaged during international shipping, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery.


Information Required for Damage Claims

To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

  • clear photos of the damaged item
  • photos of the outer packaging
  • your order number
  • a brief description of the issue

Replacement or Refund

After verification, we will arrange an appropriate solution depending on the situation.

This may include:

  • a replacement piece
  • partial refund
  • full refund

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping information is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delivery failures, delays, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be found, please first contact your local courier service or nearby collection point.

We will still do our best to assist you in communicating with the logistics provider whenever possible.
